Microsoft 365 email settings

Standard settings for email via Microsoft 365 (Office 365):

Recommended: add the account via Outlook
In Outlook (Windows, Mac or mobile) the email address and password are enough; settings are detected automatically (Exchange/Modern Authentication).

Manual settings (IMAP/SMTP)

• Incoming server (IMAP): outlook.office365.com - port 993 - SSL/TLS
• Outgoing server (SMTP): smtp.office365.com - port 587 - STARTTLS
• Username: the full email address
• Password: the Microsoft 365 account password (with two-factor authentication an app password is required)

Webmail
Mail is always available at https://outlook.office.com using the full email address and password.
