That depends on the provider and the settings. We deliberately use business APIs where your data is not used for training, and keep sensitive data within Europe where needed.
A prototype on your own data is often ready within days. Usage costs depend on the model; we advise honestly about that up front.
It differs per task. Summarising may only need a small, cheap model, while a chatbot on your knowledge base needs a stronger one. Because we build provider-independent, we can always switch.
