CantaRode is a young international choir festival. The festival is attended by accomplished chamber choirs from all over the world. Previous editions of the festival took place in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. CantaRode is ambitious and aims to grow into a prestigious, high-quality event. The festival takes place in the Dutch city of Kerkrade, close to the German and Belgian borders. The festival aims to attract a large audience from various countries. The choir festival is organised in a professional setting. The jury is made up of internationally renowned conductors.
