The challenge
Besides an accessible website, the membership organisation needed a smooth registration process: new members had to be able to sign up online and pay right away, without paper forms and manual processing.
Our approach
We built a registration application alongside the website: sign up, capture validated details and pay directly through the payment integration. The membership administration receives registrations in a structured way instead of through loose forms.
The result
New members register themselves, payment is settled immediately and the administration no longer processes paper. The website was also built with a focus on accessibility, fitting its broad audience.
