Easy Docu offers an innovative solution for roof inspections. Using the latest technology and a user-friendly platform, Easy Docu lets users inspect their roofs easily and thoroughly.
Inspectors record findings, photos and measurements per roof in a structured way, and the tool automatically generates complete inspection reports from them. All inspections of an object stay together, so the condition of a roof can be tracked over the years.
The challenge
Roof inspections were captured in loose photos and notes, after which the report had to be assembled by hand. That cost hours of write-up time per inspection, and quality varied from inspector to inspector.
Our approach
We built a web application with structured inspection forms: photos, findings and measurements per component, with required fields so nothing gets forgotten. The report comes out as a clean PDF in the client's own house style.
The result
The write-up time per inspection has largely disappeared: the report is ready as soon as the inspection is done. And because every inspector follows the same structure, reports are directly comparable.
