The output is half the work
A configurator that only produces a picture and an email moves the work to your back office. That is why we build all the way to your production: DXF files for the sawing machine, hi-res print files for the printer, order lines in your ERP.
For a natural stone supplier we even built a desktop app for the shop floor: paid orders come in automatically and the work orders and cutting files roll out of the printer. Nobody has to retype anything.
Frequently asked questions about configurators
That depends heavily on the complexity: a selection wizard with fixed options is something very different from a visual configurator with production output. Count on several thousand euros upwards for a simple wizard. We provide a clear quote in advance.
Yes, that is exactly the point. We integrate with CloudSuite, Exact and custom ERPs among others, so prices, stock and orders stay in sync.
Yes. We build everything responsive, including visual configurators. A large share of visitors composes their product on their phone these days.
Then we build in an approval flow: the customer submits their configuration, you check and approve, and then the customer pays. The best of both worlds.
